They ask us to wait 10 minutes on a thee meat ask us to move forward. And completely forgot us. Offered us free wings for inconvenience and they were burned and smelled old. I will never go back there I never had problems at the 5 points west location ever, and I live near this one.

The service here is always up in the air. There’s never no one able to cover the front area I’m assuming so they usually have the door closed and locked now a lot of the times that I have been to this location for pizza the staff have been very rude and if I could give this old lesser rating I would I feel as if management needs to possibly step in and maybe re-evaluate their decision with staffing the establishment

This is the worst establishment I’ve ever gone to and I dunno why I have gone there more than once. Cashiers try to fight customers so they had to close their dining room. They’re short staffed. I order again and get there when my pizza is ready to find 8 cars in the drive thru and each car takes ten minutes I swear they’re just making peoples food car by car. It’s so ridiculous. Close this place down.

The pizza was hot and fresh but they refuse to allow anyone to come inside to order leaving people stuck in the drive-thru for almost an hour. Pizza was good but there are too many options for food. The staff was all rude as well. Oh, and to the one female employee who had someone come up there in the white SUV let her know next time she will have to wait or come in at the other entrance instead of blowing her horn or getting so close to my vehicle that I had to get out of line before she hit me!! Especially when she did not purchase anything!!!!

Literally lied straight to us and handed out two regular pizzas when we clearly ordered two bestest pizzas. On top of giving out old stale pizza. Guess we have to start making pizza at the house. Another restaurant to cancel. Absolutely no pride in customer satisfaction and I’m sure the area is not helping with it.

My kids just went up there and ordered three pizzas. They brought one pizza out to the car (charged my cc for three) and then told my kids it would be another $7 for the pizzas that they charged us for. I try to call up there and they’re not taking phone calls. I’m filing that claim as a fraudulent charge and contacting corporate.
