Where do I start? I felt like I was on a hidden camera prank show. The older lady told me they were closed but stood at the register and stared straight ahead. It was 2:00 pm. No explanation, no time frame of when they were reopening just an old fashioned stand off. After about 7 minutes she came to and took my order, but was sure to do the run down of everything they didn’t have to deter me from ordering. Today was my second visit. Same lady. They were preparing the one other person there’s meal.I stood there for 5 minutes before being acknowledged. While taking my order, I think it was a guy named Pooky, walked in and the lady left the counter to talk to him for several minutes until seeing me and sayin, oh my bad I forgot about you. If you’re in a hurry or have a short fuse I wouldn’t recommend. If you want to find yourself in disbelief and watch a sitcom that occasionally sells tacos, this is the place!

I was very disappointed in the service here! The employees kept goofing off and when being served they had a horrible attitude and lacking customer service! They put nacho fries in a big bag and they were ALL dumped out. My quesadilla wasn’t even cut it was one big piece. Took 15 minutes to get a disappointing lunch. I’m definitely not going back there! If you stop here for food, go to Wendy’s they seem to have their act together.

These kids are very much so slow & play around too much without even making sure the food is fresh or even correct. First time my food was cold and stale. Second time my chips to my nacho bell grande was STALE ! And not fresh. Ridiculous.

I believe this place just opened up recently, but looks like they aren’t starting out all that great. Went to order one of their combo boxes they have listed on their menu which I was told they don’t have. The soda machine isnt working properly and doesn’t mix the drinks properly so most of the drinks come out with either too much seltzer or none at all. They have the scanners for the pilot rewards but they don’t take the pilot points, guessing maybe they just aren’t set up for it yet.

Omg the kids working here are clueless!!! They just laugh and goof around while your trying to order. My Mexican pizza tastes like it’s a week old! The shell is darker than usual and it has a stale taste to it. When I asked for a Baja blast freeze she didn’t know what it was and told me to get it at the soda fountain. My Mexican pizza was put into a Wendy’s bag and all the toppings slid off in the box! Honestly I should’ve just gotten chicken wings or pizza from the pilot
