Had to ask waitress twice for my beer, and my sister ordered the same beer and got hers. My crab boil was raw when cracked open so it’s a good thing I throughly checked it before eating, that’s just food poisoning waiting to happen. The meat was translucent meaning still raw. when I sent it back and asked for a complete new serving, they nuked the crab, the rest of it was cold. That’s a great way to spread the toxins from undercooked food. No alcohol served, there was nobody else in the restaurant. Food average but overpriced for what you get, my meal was over $30, see photo l. Brought our meals out separately 5 minutes apart (there were 3 of us. There’s no excuse for this service there was NOBODY there at 7:30 on a Friday night. Save your money and order a pizza, I certainly will, at least then you won’t risk death by eating dinner.

They are advertising fried catfish on the menu when it’s actually a cheap import fish called “Swai fish”. When I called to get a refund for the fish they told me the chef said it is catfish. They didn’t know I’m a chef from Louisiana, so I know a little about seafood. Lol. And this folks.. is NOT catfish. It’s an Asian import fish. Do Not Order this if you’re looking for real catfish.

First time there and although the atmosphere was nice and cozy we just won’t be making a trip back. First I want to point out that our waitress was great! She handled our large group gracefully. The food however didn’t taste good at all. Maybe we’re comparing to other restaurants similar to this one and it was just not great. The sauce was underwhelming the calamari was disgusting, the chicken wings were over cooked and the corn was undercooked. Just a train wreck. Not exactly what I hoped for as it was my daughter’s graduation brunch but to have literally paid over $500 for everything total throughout the party it was disappointing.

I had the Shrimp boil, and Onion rings. Mmmm!!! The food here, so far, is very good. Perhaps the only way it could be improved upon is if it were closer to the ocean, since the seafood would be fresher. Of course, we DO have the mighty Ohio River here…

I’m from Louisiana and this is some of the best crawfish I’ve had in a long time especially up north. Whoever the cook is needs props because they do a darn good job. I’m so happy with my service. The waitresses were amazing as well.

The food took forever to come out. They brought our food out one at a time so we couldn’t eat together! Not to mention our server didn’t know English and got our order wrong so we were short a meal and my husband didn’t get his food! Awful service!

Got an honest review for ya. Food was great and the waiters were awesome! There’s a few gotchas about this place, though. It’s primarily Cajun, but the music doesn’t match the mood of the restaurant. The menu specifies, no refunds after food is served, and an automatic 16% gratuity for groups of 6 or more. Not really able to do any substitutions.

Yummy! Cajun/Garlic is a great spicing with medium just being mildly spicy and delish. Half poundx2 makes a great size for lunch. Fried shrimp from here is also yum- we’ve had that as carryout.
