We love coming here. This is my second time coming and it is busy. There are a lot of space. You wouldn’t think that it would hold a lot of people but it does and we’re all spaced out enough. It’s quite and very clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

It’s a great buffet for the price. Food is always delicious and service is great. When you don’t know exactly what you want, a buffet is a great way to have a little bit of everything. Here, you’ll want to try a little bit of everything. I wouldn’t call it high quality food, but it tastes good and they keep up with the emptying pans.

We are small, quiet diners and eat modest portions. We have been going there occasionally for many years. This past Sunday there was a constant loud banging of the used plates by staff throwing them onto the carts. The so called “waitress” kept hovering over us and gave us the bill and stood there staring, waiting for payment while we were still eating. When we got home my wife was throwing up all night. Something is very wrong there and we will not be returning.

Would have been a 4 star review if my waitress didn’t stare dead at my hands while I wrote the tip. I should have tipped less being that I never got a refill and all she brought besides a drink is the check right after the first plate. It also is not very busy at the time (but not slow either).

Absolutely appalled at the way we were treated by our waitress. Very rude, stood right over our shoulder while I was checking over the bill and writing a tip, I left her a very fair amount for what she actually did, and then I received a very dirty look and she showed her co-workers to join in on giving looks. I was warned previously by a friend that they do this and demand more tips but I gave it a chance. Food was decent at best, I mainly go for the sushi. $35 for two people not including tip seems a little much. Don’t waste your time being treated this way by their staff. This will be the last time i ever go there. If i could give negative stars I would.

Beware of sushi!!! We visited Aug 13th, Sunday late in the evening, about an hour before close. My child and boyfriend love sushi, sharing plates of the different types while I’m allergic to the iodine in some fish so I don’t partake in sushi but had many other favorite dishes. There wasn’t a sushi chef preparing fresh like I’ve seen on other occasions and perhaps that should have been a red flag… Both of them awoke the next morning violently vomiting! This continued all day Monday and into Tuesday (today). Doctor deemed as food poisoning. I contacted management and they refused a refund for their meals claiming “all sushi is cooked”!? “So it couldn’t have been that or anything from here” sushi was the only item I did not consume that they did so YES IT WAS BAD FISH. My son’s scared to eat anything even crackers my boyfriend lost two days of work because he’s been so sick. I’m angry and really disappointed in how this was handled, we use to love going to royal but won’t be going ever again.
