Copycat of chipotle/qdoba honestly…. After figuring out the position to get into and getting the order going it went ok, multiple people trying to communicate languages between loading your food stations was odd…. To the food, the salad honestly was the best thing, loaded with chicken and beans and veggies was nice…. Tacos were average, tried corn and flour tortillas and both were average at best, chicken and carne asada both seemed a little dry and maybe a little old? Sitting out a little long possibly… Red rice was easily day or days old, firm and dry…. Beans were actually pretty good… They have a mini salsa bar and I guess they want to to add that to your food right after you pay as they don’t have little salsa cups nor did they want to give them out when they were asked , didn’t understand that…. Then cases of soda and big boxes were in the way to try and sit…. I’ll never be back but I gave them a shot, I would recommend the sit down with service Mexican restaurant on the way out of town to lex

Excellent food & service. The Tacos are the best deal on the menu and they are plentiful when it comes to fillings. I tried the Steak, Grilled Chicken and the Pastor, all three were great. Highly recommended, I will dine there again should I be in the Paris area.

Food truly is fresh and the flavor is awesome. I am on a keto diet so I opted for a bowl without rice and beans, but got double protein and guac and my total was under $10! Furthermore, it truly was enough food for two meals and they offer more ingredients than their competitiors (I was delighted to get jalapenos in my bowl and choose from an array of different hot sauces and salsas). The quality and flavors alone knock Chipotle out of the park, coupled with portion size, affordability, and expanded ingredient offerings, there is no reason to go anywhere else !!

Absolutely DELICIOUS! Fast, Friendly, Tasty! What more do you need? We tried Rico’s on a whim Saturday, and we are kicking ourselves for not coming here sooner. A single burrito can probably feed a family, They Are HUGE. Excellent portions, and quality delicious food. My boys each purchased a burrito, and I bought one of the bowls. Every ingredient had flavor attached, making the sum amazing. It is setup similarly to some other fast food Mexican places which start with a Q, but the quality of the food and price FAR surpasses its major chain competitors. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed!

If there was 10 stars I would rate Rico a 10! Excellent. I am ashamed that I haven’t eaten here sooner. It’s a super clean, authentic, chipotle-style restaurant. Better, fresher and more authentic than any Qudoba or chain Mexican spot! Highly recommend. Highly. Nom Nom.
