Condone yourself like a professional
I let them know that their coke was light on syrup, tasted too much like club soda and they actually listened to me and it tastes great now. I think that says a lot about the management here. I’ve said that one other time in my life at a different restaurant and the guy pours a cup of coke and says it tastes fine. I would never complain about something like that unless I knew I was 100% right. It tastes good compared to what? The same coke you had yesterday from this restaurant? Go down the street to el pollo loco and try their coke and then tell me yours is fine. Obviously, I stopped go there, even through they had good food but the soda ruined it. Well done, Del Taco, I respect you for that

Always a great option to get an inexpensive meal. Order from the dollar menu and stick with tacos and bean burrito to save money. Otherwise, level up with the big burritos, burgers, loaded fries, shakes, and more for some fancier treats. Drive thru is a short space when it’s busy, but it keeps moving. Del Taco is always a winner for fast food.

First time I ever have Del Taco in Orange County and was one of the best I’ve ever had I’d not the best. There must be something about the OC vibe that made it extra special. Had a delicious bean and cheese burrito with value tacos and a lemonade for a super quick bite.

I go in the middle of the night after I get off work, and the person who takes my order in the drive thru seems to get annoyed with the customizations I have with my burritos. He then says “Just tell me what you want”, when I had already told him what I want.

My Mom and I went through the drive through and she had ordered two large popping lemonades. When we got to the window they had two smalls. The window cashier acted annoyed when my Mom said she asked fo a large. Then when handing out the drink she let it go too soon and the whole drink dumped on my Mom. She didn’t apologize and stomped off to get another one while my Mom was asking for napkins. When she brought the new one she didn’t say a word or give my Mom napkins. Not one apology.

Food is as expected at a Del Taco. But my complaint is they have neon signs in the window stating drive-thru open 24hours yet at 2am they are turning people away. Then you get to the window and sign states open 24hrs on Friday and Saturday only and rest of the week open until 3am.. but at 2am they are turning cars away.. a lot of cars.. at least 6 in the time i was there

I like Del Taco they have good food for the price but today I ordered the two for five burrito deal and I asked for a spicy chicken and a combo Carnitas burrito. I was looking forward to that Carnitas burrito because it’s seasonal and their Carnitas is pretty tasty. when I got to the job and opened the bag of food I found they gave me the beef combo burrito or maybe it was a Del beef burrito I am not too fond of all of that loose meat but I could eat it. it says right on the receipt Carnitas burrito. they got my order wrong and that’s why I’m giving them two Stars, the rest of the order tasted fine

Came here late at night looking for something to fix a craving. Definitely want to return, some of their seasonal items look good to try. This time though I asked for a burger that I wanted them to put their crispy chicken in place of the patty. Creating effectively a crispy chicken sandwich, lettuce and all. I’ll say I was expecting a crisper crust but the combination wasn’t that bad at all, fulfilled that fast food craving for the time being.
