We stopped in Emery’s Grill on our way home from floating the Illinois River this weekend. We had 2 dogs so we ate out on the large patio. Very comfortable out there with multiple tables. We ordered the Mac & cheese bite & fried pickles for apps & they were excellent! I ordered the Cuban panini sandwich & it was really good!

The server was very nice and attentive. The food on the other hand was very unimpressive. This is our meals delivered to the table. The bowl looked half empty. The sandwich I had was supposed to be a steak sandwich. We got pulled pork nachos with bacon and they barely had cheese and little to no bacon.

I’ve only had take out, but portions were great and food was fresh and delicious! I’ve tried all kabowls (yummy). Classic burger (very fresh and tasty) fries & onion rings both excellent quality. My husband had pepperoni calzobe and said it was good.

Me and my girlfriend tried this place out, 1st time going. I have to say the fried pickles best I ever had hands down. The crust and seasoning was on point, and it taste like they used good quality pickles. We also both ordered the avocado wrap. It was out with in 10 mins food came out quick and presentation was also nice. The wrap was fire can’t wait to try this place out again, might be my normal spot now

Traveling and stopped here for lunch. I googled best places for lunch. Been to Talequah a few times. Worst place for lunch I’ve been. It’s a very nice BAR, with the emphasis on Bar. Not much of a grill. Lunch was like something you’d whip up from pre packaged ingredients at home. Very sub par at best.
