I will never order again. Pizza showed delivered but wasn’t outside. Called the store and the manager said they’re going to switch drivers (??) and it will be here in 15-20 minutes. 30 minutes go by so I called again. She acted shocked and said she would make another pizza and send it immediately. One hour later, still no pizza and now no one would pick up the phone. I called three times before the store closed and no one answered. Four hours waiting for ONE pizza that never arrived. Scrambling for dinner at 10pm was not what I had in mind when I ordered at 6pm. I’ve emailed corporate twice without a response. I still have every screenshot of each call I made as well as their online chat saying corporate would reach out.

They close early all the time I imagine because covid ruined these restaurant chains and people just do what they want now. I called an hour before they close just for some rude employee to answer and just repeat “we’re closed” over and over. Lol what an actual joke.

I don’t think I have ever had an experience like the one I had with this store. From my pizza being over an hour in a half late, to being left at the door and cold, then having manager tell me I would need to bring the pizza to him In order to rectify the issue. It was the unprofessionalism for me. No worries, I can see why your store has the ranking it has. I love Papa Johns, I just won’t order from this store going forward and I would advise you to select another location as well.

The customer service from most of the young women at this store who run the front is unprofessional and very unenthusiastic. Almost as if you’re putting a damper in their day because you’re picking up your food you paid for and the manager doesn’t seem to care too much bc of the shenanigans he allows. You’ll wait 20-30 mins for an order that was placed an hour before, it’s just ridiculous. I can see why they have the horrible ratings they do
