We came back to this place after a long time. The ambience is still great inside with clean benches and high rise tables to suit your seating mood. The order was taken promptly and our request for customization on the pizza base to add chili flakes was promptly fulfilled without any hesitation. The toppings and then the request for it to be well-done was also perfectly followed through. The pizza was delicious and we got a soda (Reg Coke) and a Velvet Cookie both tasted great. Staff was very responsive and customer oriented. Will definitely come again and recommend.

First time here. The guy taking our order asked us 3 times what we wanted. I hate repeating myself. Then another lady shows up and asks us what we’re getting..then another one shows up like what’s going on here. The amount of toppings they give you is limited..meaning sprinkle. The pizza was good but I’d recommend adding a little more topping amounts for the price

Best gluten free pizza I’ve had anywhere. Quality cheeses and ingredients with artisan quality crusts. Beautiful pizza oven visible in store with a unique branding in the fire area, see photo below. I only tried the gluten free crust, but the sights and smells in their pizzeria leave me fairly confident the conventional crusts are absolutely amazing as well

Its been a year since last visit, Location is good, great people but today 3/7/2023, what happen to ingredients?? The dough?? Lower quality products. Tasted awful. Not good. Tastes like domino’s. Pieology is the only pizzaria with a true ketogenic dough. All the others suck. The workers are great, the pizza is top notch. I eat here all the time. I go to morgan hill san leandro stockton. Pieology is the best place. I’ve had the best pizza both sfc and nyc have to offer and pieology is still better!

Came here on a saturday night and place was a bit busy but well worth the short wait. Pizza was crisp and for 8.99 you get unlimited toppings. I added cilantro and pesto on my choice and it was a good decision. Overall good experience and will try again.

This place has gone downhill a lot. This was the first customized pizza place I went to years ago. They made a great pizza and the workers moved. They moved with purpose and had a smile on their face. You’d be lucky now if you see more than one person working and very slowly. Poor service. And quality has declined.
