Ordered a medium thin crust pizza on a Wednesday night. Took an hour and 15 minutes to get the pizza, and it wasn’t hot anymore. Also, they took the coupons off the box. Will definitely think twice before ordering again. Too bad, used to be our favorite pizza but not after that!

Ok place and pizza. Tried the double dough. Girl behind the counter was courteous but inattentive and interacted cold as the Slices that were served. Over charged for soda that was not ordered. Staff in the kitchen was loud with vulgar language did not appreciate that at all. Chairs were not set for seating near the window and it was lunch time.

I put a four star rating for Atmosphere bc it was delivered to my house . Also a four star rating for the food bc I felt like all could have been cooked a little more well done. I didn’t not have that option to request when I ordered online through DoorDash. Delivery was super quick though. It said about an hour and some change and they delivered in less than an hour. 🙂

Pizza cold and expensive. Ordered it well in advance for pick up. When I got the pizza it was like warm. Like they made it way too early. Also very expensive for what you get. Super thin and floppy. Has a fraction of the dough that other pizzas have. Not worth the money.

I ordered a Rosatis Heavyweight 12”… Pizza was cold and lacked the usual luster Im used to from Rosati’s… customer service is subpar due to the workers socializing and minding their own business instead of the one that pays them… I may Have to find a new location because the one in oak park is going downhill fast. I used to order at least once a week from that location… that has decreased to about one every month or so… hopefully they can make some adjustments and maybe I’ll return… at this point… I dont Know.

I’m giving 3 because of the food and the guys in the back! This little girl you have in the front was not knowledgeable about menu and had to keep putting me on hold! I walked next door to pick up a simple order and she said it wasn’t ready! Got her bag and left! Not even offering me my drink! My order was ready because the guys found it! I recently went to Rosatis in Oak Park but it is nothing Compared to Rosatis in Romeoville. When I ordered at the location in Romeoville I asked for extra cheese etc and I got exactly what I wanted A FULLY LOADED PIZZA! The box actually had weight to it. Yesterday I ordered in Oak park and I was disappointed; I ordered a pizza the same way I asked Romeoville and I got a pizza that weighed at least a couple ounces!. Never again!

I ordered a pizza for delivery and upon its arrival, it appeared that my pizza was either dropped or slid around, the pizza was all mushed together and folded like an omelette. I contacted the driver directly, he denied any such issues. $50 order for 2 pizzas. Sadly disappointed.
