Kitchen Sink catered our wedding and it was truly spectacular. Friday night was a fried chicken buffet that our guests could not get enough of. Saturday food came in two batches of amazing, but the first round–our picnic dinner–was really to die for. The grill-top veggies and roasted meats were something that our guests talked to us about for weeks following the wedding. It’s hard to call this wedding food, because it was really just an utterly amazing, perfectly designed meal that we got to eat on our most special day. Food aside – the team is also fire. Brian is a master chef and I think Jeff is KS’s master of the house – high energy, and makes you just feel fun and festive and special all of the time. HUGE thanks to KS… thank god you have a restaurant we can come back to again and again.

We had Kitchen sink cater our entire wedding weekend. Our guests can’t stop telling us that it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding . Their ideas and menu were creative and thoughtful. They listened to our vision and executed beautifully. We had three meals done by them and they were all perfect, unique, and flavorful.

OUTSTANDING!!! ( I travelled from London in part to go to this restaurant ) – The theme this visit inspired by in-season tomatoes. Their tasting menu came with a short description of each plates ingredients and source by the chef! Also, most ingredients locally sourced. Be quick to catch this theme as they change themes every 4/5 weeks.

The food is beyond wonderful!!! It is cooked to perfection. We appreciated the variety and theme of the Friday of the taste testing menu. The service was exceptional!! The pairing of wines with the foods was on point!! The chefs should be commended as well as the servers who explained to us each meal and wine paring. It’s a must stop in the town of Beacon , NY on Main Street.

2022 Update to my earlier review- because WOW- My family enjoyed the Filipino Pop-up takeout last night, and I’m still dreaming about it. The complex flavors they developed I devoured. I would happily eat any of these soups daily. I highly recommend trying the new KS supper club and pop-ups. It’s so lovely to have a switch up, and you always know you are getting the best quality ingredients, local if they can. I can’t wait for the next menu!

We absolutely love the Kitchen Sink Supper Club (KSSC). We’ve been to around a dozen of their different concepts and love each one more than the last. The kitchen staff has an impressive ability to flex across a wide array of techniques and cuisines in designing rotating tasting menus that are consistently thoughtful, creative, and (most importantly) delicious! The group has a farm to table approach that prioritizes seasonal Hudson Valley ingredients sourced from partnerships with local farms. We’ve actually been lucky enough to sit next to farmers / distributors who – quite literally – helped put food on the table; one of the many benefits of the communal seating environment that the KSSC team embraces. And don’t forget the stellar front of house, who always greets us with a smile and brings NYC quality service experience from first cocktails to final desserts. We are proud to be KSSC regulars and always look forward to next month’s menu!
