This place is a joke. Staff standing in the back talking and not working. I went in for a hot and ready but, there wasn’t any hot and ready. Management needs to step it up. We were told it would take 10 minutes for a pizza to be ready and it took 30. The reason it took 30 is because staff stood around talking for 20 minutes before making our pizza. It’s not hard to realize that when your stock is running low to start more. What a disappointment. If I wanted to wait on a pizza I would have ordered from a place that doesn’t advertise hot and ready.

Thought I was smart asking for a hot and ready on the phone in advance. Got told 20 minutes. Waited 20 minutes, went to there. Took another 45 minutes for pizza to be ready. Got home and all of it was cold and old and gross. Also unrelated they owe me 300$ for a check 10 years ago. Don’t want it, but to show how trashy ran and owned this business is

Tried to get pizza tonight at this location. Ended up going to South 14th. Lady with long brown hair was chit chatting through the drive thru window for about 15 minutes with the car ahead of us. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with this location. Honestly doesn’t even deserve the 1 star for this experience.

Horrible everytime I have to use them. They never have pizzas hot and ready so I went ahead to call in my pizza where i had to call 3 times before someone finally answered the phone and then he was so rude. Had an attitude and his tone when asking who the order was for waS tacky.

The purpose of a hot and ready is that the pizza is ready. At minimum a 10 minute wait. 45 minutes later and they were completely out of order on who ordered what. Noone behind the counter knew what they were doing at all, it was chaos. Online orders were lost, call in orders were lost. My drive through order was lost, and I’m pretty sure the oven was on fire. I had to unfortunately ask for a refund and leave.

Very rude, poor customer service. Food like usual tastes like cardboard. To be expected. You get what you pay for. Bread sticks taste like the texture of toilet paper. Yuk. And this store on mockingbird was my final visit to this food chain. Never again.
