Tried this spot cause I was across the street waiting for a repair on my tablet. The storefront definitely caught my attention, but did go into this spot expecting nothing. For starters the food isn’t bad per se, but there also isn’t anything in particular that stood out. Got the chilaquiles plate with eggs and birria de res.

Amazing authentic Mexican Birreria. This is as close to authentic as Mexican food you can get. I got Birria de chivo (goat) which is served with homemade tortillas. Had a great taste and texture. Also had café de olla which was very delicious. Will come again to try the rest of the menu.

Their food was very reasonable priced and tasted great. We ordered a menudo (which I wish I’d ordered with hominy) that was well made, flavourful, and delicious; two birrias (res and chivo) which had a great aroma, good taste and went well with rice; as well as a bistec con huevo, which was also well prepared and delicious. My family really enjoyed it. I would highly recommend them. It was very good. Even their fresh waters were light and refreshing.

We came in with a family of 9 asults today… we are birria lovers.. we were very disappointed on the quality, service and cleanliness. There were to many flies once we started eating. I order 2 ice waters to start of for me. The cups were dirty along with the water had food particles… very disgusting. I told the tall, thin Hispanic lady and she told me it wasn’t. Then she said maybe it’s dirty true to being next to the michelada station.. .. ooh ok. She was touching our belongings in order to put food in the table. I did not appreciate it being touch without asking to be removed. The food got my stomach upset. Most of us left our food.
