Never had a problem like this. The only reason this isn’t getting a one star is due to the history. But come on. Not cooking a quesadilla? That’s literally half of the work. The rest of the food was cold too, and not put together well. Fiesta potatoes were ice cold. The dude in the drive thru seemed rude as well. Really unfortunate.

Food is good and prepared quickly, but order accuracy isn’t the greatest. The staff are always friendly and helpful. This is one of the better Taco Bells I’ve been to and I recommend it over other nearby options like Wendy’s. Food was fresh and tasted excellent. The dining area could be kept cleaner.

Taco Bell food is good. Good spices. Service was good. I don’t know how they manage to mangle simple names but they do. Atmosphere was fast food but the place was very clean which I appreciate. It was colder than I liked but it helps the people in the kitchen.

I’m not a fan of sauces on my food, so I order my food with no sauces or condiments (in other words…plain) because I prefer to add the lil bit I desire so that it isn’t overpowering the taste of my food. Ima need this location to pay attention to my instructions when I order my food (because I order through the app and I make it plain exactly how I like it customized). I also wish they would “slow” down enough to make sure they actually put the lettuce, tomato, and shredded cheese inside my Taco Shell or Chalupa. How come I always have more of these items in the wrapper than inside the Shell/Chalupa??? Can’t quite figure that one out. So ima just say, “Slow down a bit to make sure that you are preparing my food in a manner where it actually looks like it’s supposed to look (see the pictures on the menu for reference if you forgot)…because I didn’t order my Tacos or Chalupas deconstructed.

Once again disappointed by taco bell… Second time, and different location that has forgotten my chips and cheese. Also, the tacos were very disappointing. The lack of every thing on them was crazy. (this has never happened before) It was basically just a shell. Usually they are stuffed. Overall, very upset.

Staff was awesome. In this current environment of employees with bad attitudes- these guys are A+, super nice, worked well together and food was fresh and they were super nice. Back kitchen and lobby were clean and condemned were stocked.

Happened to get Amando B. who took my order. Yes, he got the order right, but I was truly impressed with how he greeted me at the window. He has a great smile and a great personality! But, most important, he had me leaving with a smile. He has a way of “good customer interaction” of getting the order, getting the food, getting the money all with the smile that sends the customer away smiling themselves after working hard all day. This type greeting has been lacking with Taco Bell of late. And yes, I do keep coming back because I like Taco Bell, but a smile here and there couldn’t hurt.
