I walked into pizza hut around 7:30 pm there was a family sitting at a table I would say around 6-7 people then I seen. Another family two adults and two small kids probably grandparents and grandkids. I stood at the counter waiting to be waited on, the waitress was a young blond girl probably still in school. She looked up at me didn’t say one word she continues writing on a note pad. I stood there for over ten minutes. Another gentleman came in after me and the waitress still didn’t acknowledge us. Anyways I thought this was very unprofessional of the waitress. She should know customers come first. Anyways this waitress didn’t.! One of the cooks finally came up to me and gave me my order, I paid and thanked her. The waitress still never looked up at us nor did she say a word! While I was walking out the family of four started leaving pizza hut. I asked the lady “are you guys leaving?” She replied “yes” I knew she was upset even though it wasn’t my place to apologize I apologized to her anyways. I told her “I’m sorry, for whatever the waitress did” her husband said ” yeah we sat here over a half hour” he was clearly upset too. All they got was menus when they got a seat and the waitress never offered them drinks NOTHING they had been sitting there that whole time over 30 minutes! I believe the waitress needs to know how to properly wait on customers she clearly doesn’t have any customer service skills. I felt bad for that family for having to sit for over half hour not getting waited on ! I have no idea what this waitress was doing back there leaning on the counter writing ON A NOTEPAD! clearly HER CUSTOMERS Weren’t THAT IMPORTANT TO HER!! PIZZA HUT NEEDS To Make BETTER CHOICES WHEN HIRING OR AT LEAST MAKE SURE THERE IS Someone ELSE THERE THAT CAN WAIT ON CUSTOMERS.THAT FAMILY Shouldn’t OF HAD TO LEAVE! JUST HAD TO POST THIS BECAUSE IT Pissed ME OFF!!!!!!

We got to town fairly late but with enough time to order and receive pizza before closing time, so I quickly ordered via the app. App advised pizzas would be done in 15 minutes and when I arrived at the location I was to click the button that let the employee know I’d arrived, which is what I did. After waiting about 10 minutes, I went inside to pick up my pizzas as no one brought it out as requested. Pizzas were on the counter, not in a warmer. When I opened the pizzas to make sure they were mine, I noticed they were over cooked. I mentioned it but got a deer-in-the-headlights response. I pre-tipped when I paid via the app, so there seemed to be no attempt to EARN the tip. They were closing in 5 minutes, so I just took the pizzas and left. When I arrived home, in better light, I discovered both were over cooked, but also The Edge pizza had some kind of seasoning DUMPED all over it. It was tooooo much, inedible. Again, no attempt to EARN my money but too late. I will never go to this location again as I live in between this one and another one, so I DO have options.

My large 4 topping pizza was made wrong and told the delivery driver it needed to be fixed. He told me to call the store to get it corrected. I called the local number and your get an automated answering system. The first attempt I pressed 3 to talk to the manager and I was immediately disconnected. Got through to the store the second time and once again disconnected. I ended up driving to the store(negating the whole point of having pizza delivered in the first place) to talk to a human being. I showed him the pizza I was given and he goes oh we are out of mushrooms and points out there are some pieces of bacon but clearly not on the whole pizza. The customer should be told that something is not available at the time of ordering not after it is made.

We arrived at the restaurant after trying to find a place to eat and a couple of the staff were outside taking care of a few things so we were able to ask if they were open. The amazing service started at that moment. We were tired and weary and had been trying to find something that was open and serving food. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our waitress Davida was the sweetest thing. Very attentive to our needs including my allergies. Thank you so much for making our day better.

Pizza hut in Cut Bank just keeps getting worse and worse. We paid for extra stuff on our pizzas and didn’t get it. I couldn’t give them one star because it was delivered hot and the driver was very nice

This is the BEST Pizza Hut we’ve been to in years! Cody really went out of his way to take care of our needs, making sure that every step along the way was outstanding. This is especially awesome because we dined in so close to 9pm (we arrived at 8:30, which we know isn’t always the best, but we were desperately hungry after hiking in Glacier National Park).
