Amazing! You can see them make it in a pizza oven. Even the charred parts of the crust taste great. Very friendly and personable staff. They also have cool sodas, sides, and desserts to buy to go with your pizza. Will be coming back!

Just spent $50 on pizza here just to get home and have a long grey hair baked through the cheese.(We have dark brown hair.)Called just to let them know so maybe they’ll put on a hair net or something and they basically called me a liar. She said “ A long grey hair! , nobody here has grey hair let alone long” but yet I watched an older lady and younger male cooking the pizza. Plus an older lady that checked me out. Checkout was another issue. It took 20+ minutes and was charged $70 at first. Their prices in store are different than online, more. Plus they sold one of my pizzas while I was waiting to pay so I had to wait on another. I had to repeat what I ordered 20 times before I paid. And that’s after I stood there waiting for her to take phone order after order before finally getting to me. I was there almost 45 minutes. I ordered at 530 and didn’t get home with it until almost 7. Can’t really rate the pizza since my first bite was hair so I didn’t eat it.

We moved here the other day from Ohio and wanted to try a local pizza place. Depot street is phenomenal! They’re so nice, they use a old brick pizza oven. The dough is chewy and soft and the store features locally sourced products. This is by far my favorite place we have discovered and we will defiantly be back alot! Thank you all so much!

The pizza was really good. I never guessed this place I drove by hundreds of times would have good pizza. Surprisingly enough, it is also a farmer’s market. I look forward to going here more as the seasons change.

Wood fired pizza (you can see the logs burning in there). It is pricey but the meat pizza was very very good. Nice and friendly people working there. Stopped on a whim but had called before and was told “they weren’t making pizza that night” so maybe call beforehand. Also have a nice selection of produce. Bought some coffee that smells like Buffalo Trace bourbon. Hope it tastes as good as it smells. Will be back.

You’ve got to plan ahead in order to enjoy their pizza, BUT it is worth the wait! It is the best pizza I’ve had in Nicholasville. They make their own dough in house, the ingredients were the freshest I’ve seen, the pizza was not greasy and it had great flavor on the crust topped with a combo of different cheeses. We had the Focosa (Salami & Tomato), as well as the Veggie and both were mouth-wateringly delicious. I know this is going to seem like over-stating it, but a couple who ate with us has traveled in Italy, and they said the pizza from Depot Street rivaled if not surpassed some they had tried in Europe! Will order again! Would’ve given 5 stars but it did take 45 minutes for carry-out (we called ahead). I’m not bothered by the wait though as good as the pizza was!

Came across this place on a random google search as we’re new to the area, so it was our first time here. Ive gotta say, this was some of the best tasting pizza I’ve had! Handmade in a wood fired oven, and came with some kind of garlic sauce to dip it in that was delicious. The folks here were very friendly as well. Try it out, you won’t be dissapointed!
