Oh well, I should have known better! It has been a while since I’ve been to this location due to very poor food and service. I figured that maybe they would have improved some after a year. I was mistaken. The service at the drive thru still isn’t very professional and the value for the money is truly below average. The nugget combo wasn’t even complete with all of the items that are listed. No biscuit, no utensils. Buyer BEWARE! When all is said and done you deal with unprofessional people and get screwed on your order. Almost $12 for what amounts to a light snack, not a meal.

Stay away from this place. Had 3 piece big box meal. Chicken taste like it was old and not to much meat on them. No utensils or napkins. Need to close this place. The KFC in Sumter and on Lexington on 378 is 100 times better.

I ordered the 3 piece fill up box and it was absolutely nasty. Legit tasted like 2 day old, cold raccoon ankles, and the establishment isn’t the cleanest. The cashier’s attitude was also very off putting! The building looks run down inside AND out. Will not be wasting my money here again…. EVER

Went through drive through . Girl was extremely difficult to understand ,put with my Wife managed to get our order in , but had to pull up and wait after paying , then when food came out the order partially correct but was shorted A chicken strips. Ordered 4 Piece got 3 and my Wife ordered a three piece chicken meal and wound up getting a four piece .

Don’t know how this place has three stars. Did an order online, wait tell it said it was ready for pick, went to pick it up and still had to wait almost 45 minutes while drive thru was getting there food but even they had to come in and get there order re-made. They are rude and on there phone while talking to the customers. One girl was all out the drive thru window talking on her phone while people trying to get their orders. I hate to say this about my own people but they are definitely part of the reason why businesses that have an all black staff get a bad name and people be hesitant to go to them. This is my first time going to them since moving here and most definitely will be my last. I will drive the 10 to 15 minutes to another KFC.

They hardly ever have crispy chicken available. Also, when you order a bucket of chicken, you expect to receive all parts of the chicken. If it’s not available, the cashier should let you know so you can decide to go forward with your order, not be surprised when you get home. When you pay for mixed chicken and you get majority dark meat it’s not acceptable. This happens most often when I go to KFC, if I forgot to check my order. The cashiers are also not always pleasant.

Ordered UberEats the 12 pcs family meal from this KFC location. Ordered extra crispy and got soggy original chicken. To make it worse, the corn was old and tasted spoiled. Waste of money and learned our lesson! Reported it to UberEats but didn’t get a refund and it’s fine. I just want people to be aware of the quality of food here so they don’t waste their money!

Chicken was soggy and over packed. Coleslaw was watery and actively bubbling. Biscuits were hard and stale. We found toilet paper with what we hope was a booger on it in our bag with the sides.
