Unfortunately I’m having quite the experience with this Papa Johns. Ordered a large pizza and Oreo bites with an “approximate” delivery time of 30 minutes. It’s been well over an hour and still no sign of the pizza. attempted to call the store but didn’t get much help. 🙁

Don’t listen to any of the negative reviews! I have ordered from here twice in a week (both pick up and delivery). I ordered the new Oreo Papa Bites, Chicken Parmesan Papa Bites, Epic Stuffed Crust Pizza, cheesesticks, and a Philly Cheese Papadia. Everything was absolutely delicious and just how I ordered it! This location uses DoorDash for delivery. I had no issues. It was delivered on time, still hot (live 15 minutes away) and the driver was very polite. In regards to pick up, my order was ready when it said it would be and the employees were attentive when I walked in. If I really had to nit-pick at something, it would be that the icing for the Oreo Papa Bites (bought 3 extra) was filled less than half the way. Not great, but it’s not a deal breaker. As mentioned, the food was fantastic and I personally have no complaints with this location!

I was traveling and stopped at the best western and figured the easiest thing was delivery and decided to give papa John’s a shot as it has always been good for me. Online it said it would take about an hour to get delivered but to my surprise it was delivered within 25 minutes. The delivery lady followed my directions and was very friendly upon delivery. The pizza was delicious and I was very happy. Best pizza I’ve had at papa John’s.

Ordered pizza for delivery with an approximate wait of 49 mins…1 hour and 40 minutes later, the pizzas arrives…barely warm to say the least! Definitely the last time I’ll order from here. Not a big fan of Papa John’s to begin with but when your 11y/o wants to try the new pizza…we give it a try…such a disappointment!!!! $55 wasted!

Placed an order and waited close to 40 minutes while using the tracker , it said it was being made, and then being baked and then they canceled my order without contacting me . I called and spoke with Kenzie I believe and she said it was canceled because you can’t pay with cash upon delivery…which then I found out I guess they have door dash delivering for them which I also didn’t know. She stated she tried calling me 3 times, but my phone never rang and it was the correct number . Absolutely ridiculous to wait that long for something and not even get it or be notified on the fact it was canceled. -10 out of 10.

I received a coupon in the mail for a free pizza to compensate for the last pizza taking so long to be delivered. I chose to give them a second chance so I used the coupon and placed another order. This time my order took 1 hour and 15 minutes. (Keep in mind the store is only 2 miles down the road from me) when I called to find out where my order was, the manager said that the driver took the pizza deliveries out of sequence and mine was on its way. He assured me that it would still be hot. When I finally got the pizza, it was not even warm but COLD! Was his window rolled down?!? Not even an apology for the issues. Yea, it will be Domino’s from now on!
