I ordered a Mexican chicken sandwich. It’s supposed to come with spicy queso and fried jalapeños. They must’ve been out because they just put normal jalapeño instead. I’m just tired of these places substituting items without letting me know. They just take my money and quietly give me something I didn’t order. No one at counter to wait on customers. When she finally came to take order she was rude and inattentive, kept yelling at people in the back and then walked off and ignored my friend who was behind me in line also waiting to order.. she never came back so friend left and I had to have mine put in a bag to go since I had already paid for it. Never again will I visit this burger king. I’ve had bad experiences with them before but this was the worst and most rude. Fries were cold. Chicken sandwich was stale and hard. Ended up throwing most of it away

I went in to wait for my order. While I was inside a lady from the front yelled, asking Blake, a young man working in the kitchen, to go to the men’s room and fix the paper towel dispenser. I watched him leave the kitchen with his gloves on and come back to make food with the same gloves on his hands. I had to say “Excuse me, excuse me, is he not going to change his gloves?” They yelled “Blake! Blake! Change your gloves dude!” He then went and changed his gloves and the bun I watched him grab was then used for someone’s order and he only changed his gloves, no hand washing was mentioned or done. This is completely gross and it escapes me how the managers were standing by to let it happen and no one thought to say “And wash your hands dude” or anything. I don’t know what sanitation practices they are teaching their people (if any) over there but they’re definitely not enforcing it unless a customer notices and says something. Pay attention if you eat here. I just got my food and had to throw it out because I could not stomach the thought of eating it after what I just saw.

I went to pick up a replacement order for one they sent out earlier in the day that was wrong.The man behind the counter was rude he has a beard which he touched while boxing up fries and onion rings, very unsanitary, the fries and onion rings were not eaten and if I hadn’t of seen the manager making the sandwiches with gloves on, I would of just left. I know that it’s hard to find anyone to work these days, but please stop employing people found in rock bottoms basement. I will not be going back to this location until things change for the better

I ordered an original chicken sandwich combo and asked them to cut it in half. They were very nice and said they would. It was securely wrapped and double wrapped and they didn’t smash the sandwich! The meat was hit and the lettuce was crisp! The fries were fresh! I’ve had a rough few days and these guys made it a little better and I really enjoyed my lunch today!
