Happy”s Pizza in East Cleveland was closed this 4th day of May 2023. I visited the site around 2:p and the doors were locked: while there, I attempted to telephone the business many times and received a disconnect as though the phone is shut-off. This is not a place I intend to attempt to do business with. Also, the day before, attempted to order on-line for delivery (no delivery available). I thought maybe I needed to register and did. Still no delivery or pick-up available. Is this place closed permanently or just an unorganized, dereliction of duty entity? I shall cancel my registration. Sad

Happy Pizza Cauliflower with everything on it was good. The sauce was just too sweet for my taste. The whole fried wings were also good and mostly done. I made the mistake of not as for my sauce to the side. I also had their peach cobbler. They gave a decent helping. The new look was most exciting detail. Also the change to delivery of the take out only was for the best.

I was only there to pick up an Uber eats delivery. The cook didn’t want to the order and after 20 minutes I was told “wait another 10 minutes, he putting it in the oven now, I don’t know what’s wrong with him.” Umm yea right. I canceled the order and I don’t accept orders from there anymore and I would absolutely never eat there!!! They never had good rep.

Whenever I go my order is always HOT with fresh toppings just the way I like it. What I like thw most is I can reheat for lunch the next day a d it still sltastes fresh out the over. Good Job Happy’s and keep up the good work.

My family and I went to the new East Cleveland location last night and was very impressed. New owner, new staff, new look. The service was great and the food was amazing. I ordered catfish and I was not disappointed. My son ordered pizza and boneless wings and they were VERY good. Highly recommend visiting this new location.

Happys East Cleveland location just re-opened under new management. My family and I stopped in yesterday and had the whole wing dinner. Very friendly and attentive staff while waiting for our order. My chicken was go good, I didn’t even use the sauce!! Great quality food, plus inviting and attentive staff, I can’t wait to return to try the pizza and smoked ribs!!

Sign and online says they are open till 1AM. However when I got there at 11 the sign said they were open and when I proceeded to walk to the door they cut the sign off and locked the door. That was very rude. The workers don’t want to work. I don’t understand how employees can just close someone’s business like it’s nothing. I’m sure the owner didn’t know that they were closed.
