It’s your standard Peets, but with a shrill yelling manager. This place often takes awhile to get your coffee (at least 10 minutes after ordering), and it would be fine if we didn’t have to spend it face palming ourselves at the lady belittling the staff. It’s no wonder there’s such a turn around. 5 stars for everyone else, 1 star for her.

I visit this branch every day. The staff is really nice but I wish they made their coffee more hot. I ask for extra hot but it just feels more warm. I remember a year ago it was so hot that it would make your tongue burn a bit. I like that cuz I’m a slow coffee drinker.

I have been to this place for several times because this is one of my favorite coffee shop. A weeks ago I left my wallet and car key in the restroom accidentally. When I figured it out was couple hours later. When I ask the staff if they found my wallet and key, they carefully verified my identity before returning my items. I am falling love with Peet’s Coffee
