The place was clean, good bathrooms but the service was horrible. One of the employees that works there was ordering and chatting with the workers about drama from the night before. All employees were standing around gossiping while I stood behind her and her loud kids running around being chaotic for about 5 minuets before they stopped and took my order. Ridiculous. I usually go here because it’s across the street from the medical center. For the most part everything here is the average. I would have gave it a four, but it seems like a lot of the stuff that they serve here are from outside sources. Especially the donuts. They’re never fresh. If the donuts were a little better I probably would have gave it a four. And they somewhat seem to be understaffed. Update 9/15/22, I was actually able to add a star. The staff seems to be a little bit faster the last few times I went there than the first time. And I know that it’s a whole lot cheaper than Starbucks. So now I can give it one thumbs up.
