This area is a more upscale area in Stockton however this establishment employs some that have certainly not been developed in customer service and hygiene. Every one that handles food of required to take a food handling course. I went there and have gone there several times and the workers are wearing gloves touching food and the floor and their hair. NO! That is not acceptable when you are handling food you should change your gloves when you go in the office as my server did on my visit and the manager s as well, she was fixing her headset with gloves on and coming back to the window. PICKING CUPS OFF THE FLOOR and placing them on the counter. I would not go there again. I know it’s quick but that’s just nasty. I will be reporting them to the health department. And then the girl because that’s what she acted like proceeds to argue with me about her lack of hygiene in a restaurant. She needs training or get a job where you are not handling food. Here of the problem, we want people working and paid higher wages but they are not qualified nor trained. Education is important no matter your job some things are just necessary to society.

This is the slowest Jack in the box I have ever been to. They have more than enough staff to move things along. But the early morning crew is too slow only two cars ahead of me and I waited more that 15min min for my order and when she came to the window she was nice and all but she got my order wrong. And I had to keep waiting. Is not just the morning crew. I come here in the afternoon and it still really slow here. I’ll be going back to East Hammer Lane. At least they’re the food is hit and the service is always awesome!

Twice I’ve come here (inside) and twice I left without ordering. Both times I waited for almost 10 minutes. No one acknowledged me at all either time. The employees absolutely saw me standing there, but nope, nothing. Avoid this place if you actually want to be waited on by anyone.
