3rd times we do To-Go order walk-in at 100 Eddie Road and it takes over 20 min to get our order. Our sandwitches sat 15 min waiting for the drinks so they were cold, and not even toasted. In the mean time, people ordering at register kept flying by us. Clearly priorities are Drive Thu, inside orders and then if you lucky walking To-Go orders are last. If I had not said something we would still be waiting. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I went in to use the bathroom, it was average at best. I then was excited because they had nitro cold brew so I waited in line as 5 employees played around with a mop and after 60-90 seconds of being ignored I just left with no greeting at all.

Sat in the drive through this morning till 4:10 while I saw 2 workers in the front smoking, store is supposed to open at 4. Three of us were waiting and I had to leave to go to work. I’ve gone to this location a couple times and the old women who is always making coffees always forgets to put either the cream or sugar in my coffee. Most people ask for cream and sugar so how do you forget one of those. I’ve worked at dunkin before and it is so simple to follow the sticker and make a coffee properly. Safe to say I won’t be going here again

I waited in line for 25 minutes. I ordered a medium vanilla chai and a large hot chocolate. Recieved something completely different. Worst dunks in the area. Even if there isn’t anyone in line you will still wait forever for the simplest order.
