I wish the nachos and cheese actually looked like the advertised picture on DoorDash , instead of using real cheese they used shredded cheese which is kind of deceiving, definitely won’t be returning.

The nachos old taste bitter . The cheese had turn yellow and stuck to the side of the container taste like a decision for a couple of days of sauce taste nasty. Manager didn’t want to hear complaints said they make like this daily. I explain I never had a meal this bad from their company.The chips were stale

Luv the chicken at Juans Rotisserie, just found this location about a month ago, it’s clean with modern decor and Richie’s always there running the place and he’s a great host. We usally make there about twice a week because of the great food and great deals. They also have locations in Lake Elsinore, Temecula, San Jacinto and the daughter has Patty’s Rotisserie in hemet which has just as good food but a tiny dinning room.

Absolutely the best chicken , hands down!! Everything is fresh, clean food. Beans, potatoes salad, homemade daily !! Fresh warm tortillas. And the blended salsa and pico is delicious!! Specials almost daily. Very reasonably priced. You must try it. You will be very pleased. The staff is wonderful, kind, friendly. The restaurant is very clean and sanitized!!

I’ve ordered from Juan’s #2 3 times. 1st time I ordered a chicken quesadilla & cheesecake. The 2nd time I ordered the grilled chicken plate & cheesecake. The third time I reordered the quesadilla & cheesecake. The first 2 times they ran out of cheesecake, but the food was delicious. The 3rd time, 3 days ago on Friday, my order came with cheesecake, but the bottom tortilla was burnt, not scorched. The tase was awful. I don’t understand how they could send out food like that. Not sure if I’ll order from them again.
