Employees are very friendly and have great customer service skills. The chicken strip basket was missing the toast that normally comes with it and the chicken strips didn’t seem freshly cooked like I’m used to at other Dairy Queen locations (may have been cooked earlier and were sitting around). Also, recommend cleaning the tables in the dining area more frequently.

Prepare to write down and check your entire order. I ordered 2 meals, a boxed dessert, and 2 separate desserts. The drive thru employee tried to send me off 3 times before completing my order. I still ended up one dessert short after she closed the window on me so I assumed my order was complete. I live too far away to go physically back to get my $5 dessert reimbursed. The fries were luke warm and soggy, the burger was small but well prepared. The desserts actually received were prepared properly. Just prepare to need patience and be a stickler about confirming your order is done correctly.

I will start with the good…the ice cream is great! The people are nice and courteous…but the food?? Not so…I’ve giving this place the benefit of the doubt too many times…the burgers tastes bad…the sprite I got on my last visit was more carbonation than syrup…I know this because I use to work for a soda company…this is not some one time visit that I’m disgruntled about but after many visits…but waiting 20 minutes in line for something in my opinion is overpriced for the quality…truly a disappointment…

Very clean. Thoughtful amenities and environmentally friendly. No small bottles of shampoo to fill up the landfills. Pool table in lobby. Exceptionally nice staff. We stay at the Country Inn and Suites up to 6 times per year in our commute from FL to WV and back, but we have found our new overnight stop! Plenty of thoughtful food choices and wines and other drinks in the cafe area at the front desk. Pleased with the breakfast. Slept very well in the comfortable bed.

Great place to stop for ice cream .wow they made me a Sandwich with ice cream in the middle. Omg it was great. Very nice woman suggested this sandwich. And Vinegar and mayonnaise with your FFrs . Like they do in London . I’ll be back

Inside has been closed close to 3 years. Drive-through open sometimes but SLOW. Takes approx. 7-9 minutes per car. If you’re 6th in line or further expect an hour.
