Ordered pizza and wings from this location, which I even tip fairly well and tonight my order was delivered to me, but the delivery driver dropped my wings on the ground and tried to give them to me after he scooped them up off the ground, and I refused to take them.

App charged card multiple times. Guy called me from the store and was rude and disrespectful telling me to stop ordering because he had too many orders that had to be cancelled. The app was putting multiple orders in on his end but not going through on mine. The guy hung up on me. I’ll never use this location again. The staff is awful!!!!! Not worth dealing with the staff.

I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni and pineapple and when I picked it up there were no pepperonis on it. I told them that I did not order a pineapple pizza I ordered a pepperoni and pineapple pizza. The boss said there was nothing they could do and they just get that information from a call center. I asked for my money back and they said they couldn’t refund me. I asked them to add pepperoni and put it back in the oven and they said they can’t. They said there was nothing they could do to fix my order and I couldn’t get a refund. This pizza was for my son, so I had to stop at the store to buy pepperoni and then put the pizza in the oven at my house which defeats the purpose of ordering pizza. This is the worst service ever! I can’t even imagine that any modern day business not know how to fix an order that they messed up. I would give a big fat zero if I could. I will never order from Papa John’s again. Absolutely terrible!!!!

My son loves pizza so I have ordered from here many times in the past. Several times of pizza is not cooked as thoroughly as it should be. When I order online they have it so you can do curbside pickup but it’s default setting is always carry out. I don’t know why I should have to always change it to curbside. Right now my blood sugar level is not good so my brain is not as clear as it should be. I forgot to change it to curbside and honestly don’t have the energy to walk in. I called them to ask them to change it to curbside and the person’s response was he didn’t know how to do that and it was just too complicated. Has he ever heard of a sticky note not that hard? I have told my son after today we will try a new pizza place by our house hopefully one with great customer service

Updating my review. Definitely i like that when u call u get much quicker through a call center, and if u call a 2nd time after placing your order (because u forgot something) then on the 2nd time u call it goes to the actúal location of pick up or delivery from. Its just more of a breeze and nice to hear live service, i hate using apps, i dont need to remember another user password to just order pizza or any other meal, whos with me on this? ♀️
