We came shortly after they opened today…a large group walked in before us and we were given the option by the supervisor to sit at the bar – we were skeptical- BUT he said that we would likely be served more quickly there due to the crowd and current number of wait staff available.

Absolutely disgusted with the service here. Server, Javier walks up to our table from restroom asking if we are ready to order. It took him 10 minutes to get two sodas and then we waited 20 minutes for cold buffalo chicken wings. This place is an embarrassment to the Chilis brand. The servers and what seems to be the manager doesn’t take their job seriously. It’s all fun and games while the customers are left waiting. We had no napkins and one of the cooks was picking his nose as he was coming back from using the restroom. If I can give this place zero stars I would. Maybe if you’d actually make the servers earn their tips rather than automatically make us customers pay 18% they give a care about doing their job.

I expected the full menu but they got only salads, and burgers, plenty of alcoholic drinks, but my molten chocolate cake was not available at all , my bacon burger was great husband jalapeño burger as well and all yhe kids food which we ordered the quesadilla, the mac n cheese and mini burgers kids ate all of it . Our waiter, Yoel, was very attentive, and friendly, we were a family of 6 and just took about 15 minutes to find a table for us. They do charge 18% gratuity which is stated on the front where you get a table but is written only in Spanish, which I am glad I am bilingual to read, or we wouldn’t have known.
