“Manager” Travis and his team does not know anything about customer service or pizza. I’d be embarrassed to have someone like this attempting to run my business and losing the amount of sales he does. Terrible experience with 2 people from the store “Travis and one other employee who barely spoke English” on a very simple order. Travis couldn’t figure out how to create a over the phone order and the other employee didn’t know how to submit a credit card payment over the phone on a simple delivery and had the gall to have an attitude with me over the phone. The level of unprofessionalism was shocking. I saved myself the money and drove to the store for my pie. Not what I wanted to do on a Friday night but I saved over $5 delivery charge, so I suppose it’s a win for me. First and last time coming to this location. “Papa Johns promise to you, better ingredients, better pizza”. That’s great and all, but when your service is as poor as it is at this location, I’ll settle will less quality pizza for better service in this situation. I’ll be sure to tell everyone locally about this experience in Deland!

Very unprofessional, they don’t have very good customer service. Ordered online, got a notification that my order was ready, went there to get it and had to wait 15 minutes while my food was just sitting there. Food was cold by the time I got to eat it. I have ordered here before but had it delivered and had no issues.

Pizza is ok, not the best Papa John’s I’ve had. I’ve ordered here a few times and everytime all my topping we right in the middle of the pizza, so if you like all your toppings at once, on your first 2-3 bites and finish with cheese pizza, this is your place.

I ordered the works med pizza. Garlic knots and chicken wings. WOW worst pizza I have had in years. The pizza toppings looked like they were from a can. And no taste. The crust tasted like cardboard. The wings were really small. Oh well wont be going back there. Back to Pizza Hut they are more expensive But at least you can taste it.
