Dunkin hashbrowns were one of my favorite items on the menu. The last few times ive been here instead of being crispy and delicious they have been greasy, soggy, stuck together and falling apart. I hope they get better!

Waited about 10 minutes for an associate to even acknowledge me. They were all hiding out in the back. Was greeted with “what do you want” associate threw my order in a bag and slid bag across the counter. Also, they are closed on Sundays.

Many times the large coffee is smaller than large I get from off post and when I order a bavarian cream doughnut I get vanilla cream like in the picture. Service is great with the phone order being made as requested. They accept military starcard which is very helpful to soldiers.

Over all they doing a great job from my understanding they are under new management , and have only 5 people to that facility. They are hard working ladies who try there best to provide great service. They have only 3 -2 people from 06 till maybe 7 then they get the 3rd idk then they have 1 person to each station all I see is that they are giving there all and working with what they have. The only bad side is they don’t do the dunkin rewards and no ice cream. And hrs of operation have changed to 06-1400 Mon_Fri

This Dunkin has gone down hill. Seriously the worst customer service today. I ordered a cold brew coffee with a cold foam, Carmel flavor oat milk, and sugar. A lemonade, hash browns, and a breakfast sandwich. Not only did I have to repeat my coffee order 3 times but I stated that the person taking my order was rude about it. The lady at the window who took my payment did apologize and asked me to move forward. After about 7 cars getting their orders someone finally came and asked what I was waiting… Seriously my order..which they messed up. After 15 mins in the drive-thur. I will not be going back to this location.

They don’t listen. I asked for no cheese , they even repeated my order when I picked up. But when I opened my food they added double cheese. It’s like that EVERYTIME I go to this location. Staff is extremely rude as well. I will be getting in contact with the manager.

Food is alright. The hash browns taste like they’re freezer burned, the iced coffee is not sweetened with simple syrup they use sugar packets that don’t dissolve into the drink (not the end of the world just an fyi) the staff is terrible most of the time during non busy hours they sit in the back and talk and don’t see customers waiting in line. Expect to sit in the drive through 35-45 minutes from 7:30am -9:30 am on weekdays they are always PACKED. Not expensive and they do sell the big boxes of coffee! They got rid of the double chocolate donut so if they could bring that back I would appreciate it!

Bad experience. Couldn’t use my t-mobile coupon. Didn’t receive a receipt. Didn’t receive napkins or donut paper holders. Gave cup with caramel sauce on it. The straw didn’t even fit the size cup I had. The sugar is never mixed within the drink either. Highly dissatisfied with the service and workers at this location.

I use the drive thru, usually they are pretty busy and quick, some days I can be 10 minutes in line. Coffee serve is good, have good flavor and a large options. Breakfast are good! I buy the egg wrap with bacon and is good. If you eat a lot needs to buy a few for me one is ok.

I get breakfast from here probably 2-3 times a week and the food is normally okay. I have been in line now for 47 minutes they have not been servicing the drive through customers and will wait tell they know everyone has to be at work at 09 then start serving faster. I just went inside and had my food within 10 minutes. First time they’ve done this
