Found this hidden gem on a Google review. Ritual did not disappoint! The ambiance and vibes are welcoming & inviting. The food was out of this world. And the owner, Whitney took the time to visit with me and made me feel like a rockstar. Cannot rave enough about Ritual. I will be driving back from Dallas with the family next time to come visit this place again. Bravo!

Small well hidden gem in Jacksonville, TX. Quite calm environment. At first I thought the wait for food was long but once it arrived my mind changed. The quality was exceptional and we will definitely return. Recommend the grilled cheese on croissant with everything.

Wow, what a gem! I’m in Jacksonville for business and so glad I found this delightful and delicious spot for a quick lunch. I am absolutely returning. Tomato basil soup was fabulous, the pimento cheese is on point. Cute little restaurant with a funky and elegant vibe without being off putting. You could dress up to go here or walk right in off the street and feel at home. Menu is small and curated, everything I tried was phenomenal.

I left a 5 star because of the food and this is one of my favorite places to dine. But today I called in to place an order for pickup and the man that answered the phone and took my order probably should work on his customer service skills. Regardless if it’s lunch time, busy or not, the way you speak to someone (specifically your tone) can ruin the experience. Slow down when you are speaking and if anything “act” like the customer is the most important person on the phone or in the room.

What a cool place! The atmosphere is unique and fun. Food was delicious. We got the chicken salad sandwhich on a croissant and a quiche. Service was good despite being busy. They also have a bar. Everything was presented beautifully and quality seemed excellent.
