We order for multiple people and it took probably a good 5 minutes to order and we start getting our drinks and go to pay and give the gal a $100 bc we had nothing smaller. There’s no sign saying they don’t accept large bills anywhere like most places that don’t accept them and the lady goes “we don’t accept $50s or $100s anymore”. So we had to give out drinks back and leave with my child screaming for his food in the back seat and waste our time we’ve gone multiple time and paid with large bills and again there was no new sign that said they didn’t accept large bills anymore!

Stopped to get one of the freezes after baseball, of course they were “out” that’s what I’m told anytime I try to order one after 6pm. Girl didn’t say 1 word at the window. Practically threw our debit card in the car and shut the window. I was always taught to be friendly when I worked in customer service.

i submitted a complaint 2 weeks ago i went there 2 times in one week food was ice cold both times i havent heard back from them my wife brought me lunch from there today and the same thing happened both our orders were ice cold pretty sure i wont be back

The meal wasn’t terrible until the kitchen staff started loudly making racist comments, mainly towards Native Americans. Stating “Native Americans were savages” and were using slurs for Native Americans, while also “imitating” a Native American. This all occurring while my boyfriend (who is Native) and I sat in the dining room. This topic on Native Americans was an off shoot from their loud conversation about God.

I feel like lately they just don’t care how they make your food. Either they make it wrong or just don’t put anything in it! I ordered a crunchwrap and got basically a small taco. Terrible service. Prices higher and less food.
