Ordered online had to wait for my wontons the girl only had them make 3 when I ordered 12 I told her and she said I would have to wait again my order was supposed to be ready at 9pm I was there until 9:22 and when I got my wontons they were burnt and the cream cheese had melted away so I waited 22 minutes when she said 2 minutes and it was inedible and the associate did not even apologize for the wait I am very disappointed and I had been going to that location for years but I guess I will have to find a location where they take care of their customers and don’t burn the food smh

This place is extremely stingy with their portions. Although they might have favorites because I watch the woman fill up this other lady’s containers to the max until they barely closed and then when it was my turn, she picked through the food lightly and gave me extremely late portions of rice and entrée, I’ll definitely be going to a different location next time. This is the third time.

Hazel was completely rude. I asked to check my food because the chicken they placed in my meal looked like it was not cooked. I asked kindly mind you. She was was defensive and because completely rude. Working customer service if someone offends you for asking a question keep your anger to yourself. Manage your mood better.

The restaurant is barely staffed. The staff that are there don’t understand English and will actually berate you for not speaking Spanish and make vulgar gestures with their fingers. Stay away from here. Better to support your local Chinese restaurant.

I really like the food here. I recommend ordering online and picking it up in person. I found it was the fastest and most convenient way to get food. When I order in person, lines are usually long, and the restaurant is kinda loud, and kids are all over the place. But with ordering from their website, by the time I drive to the restaurant, my food is ready! Love it. Their food is pretty good. I like their chow mein, orange chicken, and kung pao chicken the best. And it is usually hot and fresh.

Horrible service. Very rude. Didn’t even acknowledge me after standing in front of the cashier for more then 5 minutes. Walked away when asked about my order and had 1 beef slice in my broccoli beef. Probably the worst panda express I have ever been to and that’s saying something because Turlock is pretty bad but this one takes the cake.
