Service was pretty good or waitress was great. The environment however, the building has a damp mildew, like smell made a dirty carpet smell maybe.tge restaurants floors were trashed we were seated at partially cleaned table, and the floor was filthy! Crushed chips and French fries etc. beneath out feet, I will never. Do that again. I’ve normally sat at the bar which is probably why I never noticed how gross the floor was under the tables. At least the food is good, that I must admit! Food always comes out fresh and hot! Orders are also accurate which is very important to me! I admit I’ll be going back just not sitting at a table!

Went here during lunch on a weekday, place was very quiet but we still experienced almost no service. It took nearly 40 minutes from when food came out until the waiter came by again. No drink refills, and check took way too long, especially since we needed to get back to work. Food is typical b-dubs food, decent but nothing great.

I ordered through Uber eats, and I got none of my condiments and only one of my sides. If I had the ability to drive out and get my own food, I would have made sure it was all there before I left. However however the nature of my job is that I cannot leave for the entire day. I was super excited for this meal, but with no condiments, no celery or ranch, I’m only half of my order, I’m very highly displeased. I used to work for Buffalo Wild Wings years ago, and find the food to be amazing and the company decent, however, Noticing these things clearly listed on the receipt, but missing from my order, I’m very highly disappointed.

I’m sorry her words we will refund you fir your missing items. We’ll here it is jun 19th still no refund it’s been well over 7-19 business days. I will definitely not be returning. I never seen such a sick display of managerial power. A long story short, about a day ago, I was leaving out of BWW and heard some commotion by in the parking lot. Apparently, there was an employee who seemed to be having an allergic reaction to something. While, thank God, some of their coworkers were there to help. I heard the manager speaking, looking for a badge to make sure they were clocked out. This employee could have literally died and your worried about time? That is disgusting.

I gave this location another shot, I had a bad experience before. I travel a lot to the INdy area and BW3’s is one of my favorite restaurants. Bartender seemed annoyed when asked a question, order was all wrong. Definitely will not comeback to this location
