We ordered our pizza and somehow the order was mixed up. We waited twice as long to get our order straight. Also a pizza of this soo called caliber should have the cheese melted golden brown. Now that’s flavor! Please take the time to make sure every order is perfection like Bruno’s pizza is known for. We pay premium dollar for your services. Make sure we get it.

Last night a group of us ordered a pizza since we were working overnight. We couldn’t leave early so we called ahead advising them that we’d have to pay & pick up after hours & the manager said “Sure, as long as its before 10p.m.” We agreed! So we made it to Bruno’s at 9:40 p.m. to pick up the pizza we ordered & as expected the doors were locked. So my colleague knocked on the door & the manager was standing right there looking at her knock but wouldn’t open the door. So she called her from the same number we ordered from & the manager refused to answer the phone, eventhough she seen us calling, knocking on the door. We understand it was after business hours but she AGREED to take & place our order then blatantly lied & refused our service. I’ll be contacting the Better Business Bureau regarding this matter.

Ordered pizza in store. Phones busy. Was told 50 minutes. Ended up being an hour and 15 minutes. Pizza was burnt on bottom. Staff unprofessionell. I would suggest another pizza provider.

Everytime we have ordered from here, we have been pleased. Great pizza. Just wish they offered a 12 inch. Just my wife and me, can’t eat a whole pizza. A smaller one would be nice.
