My husband and I went tried out their maki sushi because we heard great things about them. First, their rolls are very thick and fills your mouth completely. I very much enjoyed the feeling, although you can ask for thinner slices if you want. So far, I have been here twice and really enjoyed their maki rolls. Normally, I like to eat a lot but an order of calamari and 3 rolls was enough food for my husband and me. The chefs are Hispanic and have great personality. Our server was also hospitable and was attentive to us.

One of the best sushi restaurant in Twin Cities. The rolls are huge and tasteful. Service is great! You can’t go wrong with whatever rolls you order. We have tried them all and they are all amazing. I don’t recommend order udon noodles since it is very basic and in my opinion not really worth the price. Otherwise, highly recommend Yumi for sushi date or dinner with family. My son didn’t like sushi but after taking him there the 1st time, he loves it and asks to come back all the time.
