We’ve stayed in Buena Vista many, many times, and have always gone by this place—this time we gave it a shot. We waited a tad longer for service than we‘d like to (which seemed strange because the place was not busy), but the staff were polite, the atmosphere was comfortable and fun in a ‘historic’ way, and food and drinks were fabulous. The best part of our evening was hearing live music, courtesy of the lovely and talented Barb Maxey.

Dropped by for late lunch and had no problem with getting a table. There is an outside dining area on the pavement, where dogs are welcome, but we chose inside as there was some thunder about. Friendly and efficient staff. Larger restaurant than you would think. Food was good and I would be happy to return.

The staff and atmosphere is the real reason to go. If you don’t like loud music, you can eat outside. There are definitely some unique flavors that I applaud, my burger was just a little dry. My favorite part was the fries and cheese dip.

We ate here twice during a long weekend stay in BV. Fish N Chips, Fish Tacos and Chicken sandwich were all delicious. No greasy mess! Love their homemade sauces. The beer selection did not disappoint. The service was amazing! Maddy served us both times; she was so accommodating when our energetic doodle did not cooperate & we had to switch our order to take out.

Fantastic atmosphere. My fries were amazing. However, I waited 30 minutes before walking up to the bar to let someone know I wanted a drink and food. The slow / low staff really was disappointing for a great space.

So good. Baja tacos are amazing. The best fish and chips I have had in a long time. Service was excellent. We loved being here and wish we could have hung out longer. Can’t wait to catch a live show here. We will be back.
