I really try to work with ppl and give them the benefit of the doubt. However, there this one employee there that I feel personally makes my drink wrong. I ask for oat milk every time she gives me cow milk. One time she smirked at me when she saw me walking through the door after leaving with the ice coffee I didn’t ask for. Im almost out of fingers on one hand. Im counting to see if I’m crazy or if she’s deliberately being rude. Today was the 4 time. Of her deliberately being rude. Gave me cow milk. When I asked her she admitted she puts both milk. Now I will be filling a bigger complaint.

Every time I come here they are very rude. I order my food 20 minutes in advance and every time I get here. Oh we’re gonna make it in 10 minutes. That is not acceptable. This store is not that busy and then you’re going to tell me that you don’t have a drink I ordered instead of calling me to letting me know this this Dunkin’ Donuts is the worst one ever been to, and I will never ever come back.

I placed my order through the app to use the walk up area to pick my food up. I rang the bell and there was someone else that walked up after me. I was standing in front of the bell and she was off to the side. Instead of asking who was first she took the Hispanic girl that was off to the side first. When I brought it to someone’s attention the woman got an attitude and apologized. It’s 43 degrees outside and I can see my order sitting there. You could have even asked for both of our names but you only saw the one that looked like you. Interesting experience to say the least.
