STORE DOES NOT CHECK QUALITY OF FOOD. Bought a pot pie in drive thru. Was given an old , sunken top, dry chicken pot pie. Gross. No flaky crust. Crust had dropped into juice which made the pie mushy. Turned around, took another 5 minutes, returned for refund. WON’T BE BACK.

Staff RUDE! We tried to order at 10:25 and she just told us they have nothing just crispy chicken and we asked crispy chikn w fries or anything? She just stop to answer us by the drive thru so we continue to the window to see if someone can answer us … the employees were there and don’t even look at us to see what we need , my husband touch window and suppose to be same lady at the drive thru so RUDE and saying she close in “15minutes” bad attitude so if you close at 11:00pm and we have arrived 10:25 we have time to order and go if so close at 10:00 pm then!!!

I visited KFC today and I used the Drive-thru. I ordered a 5-tenders meal with 2 fries and a 3-pieces meal with coleslaw and mashed potato. When I got to the window the employee asked me what my sides were. I answered “coleslaw, mashed potato and 2 fries”. She told me she wanted to make sure she got it right. When I got to my home I found 3 coleslaws and 1 fries side. I get anyone can confuse but if you asked twice then something’s wrong with you. Employees should pay more attention to what they’re doing at work. That employee’s mistakes costs money from customers.
