Called for delivery and this is what I got. Pizza toppings were completely slid off the pizza. The Supreme pizza I ordered had a puddle of liquid in the center, did not even looked cooked. Super mad. Called to complain and was basically told it was my fault cause I ordered a different sauce. False, I’ve ordered this particular pizza before and have never had this mess delivered. I asked for a refund and all I got in response was “okay” and hung up on. Super rude, inconsiderate, just straight up disrectful. Super unfortunate cause I had really thought Pizza Hut had really stepped up their pizza game but I will definitely not be messing with this location again. Call center was little help also. Probably will not be a Pizza Hut customer any longer.

Thus pizza hut should be closed down. My order was 54 95 which includes 2 pizzas, a pizza melt and a 2liter soda, plus tax, a 5.00 delivery fee and a 5.00 tip paid in advance. I was told the pizza was out for delivery at 10:13, I live 8 minutes away and an hour later, still no pizza. I called them , the young lady rudely said “what’s your name” then sent me to music for 20 minutes and never came back.

Don’t dine in at this place. There are no fountain drinks, not even water. If you want to order a drink you must buy the whole 2 liter bottle. Customer service was bad we had to ask for plates and napkins. May people do take out and now we know why. Pizza was ok, but not going back for sure.

I paid for two pizzas for curbside pickup on 06/06/23. tipped in advance so total was $45.34. Ordered around 10:20 and was in front of the store couple minutes before 11:00pm but lady opened the door and said they are already closed, so my purchase will be processed to be credited back to me. After 20 days still didn’t received anything.

We arrived shortly after opening, and were able to sit wherever we wanted. We could not find a clean table in the entire restaurant. The whole place was filthy. It was like the night crew left the cleaning for the morning crew to take care of and didn’t tell them. My wife wanted to leave, but we were both really hungry so we stayed. The food was really good, and the service was good too. The young lady who was waiting tables was very polite and helpful. Would’ve been a great experience if the place wasn’t so dirty.

I ordered the dinner box for delivery. My order arrived on time, it was hot, presentation was great, everything was there exactly how I expected, looked just like the online photos, and it was delicious. I’ll definitely order again.

Absolutely the worst experience!!! Half of my pasta was not cooked on half of the order. Crunchy pasta… yuck! I call the store and the manager says for me to bring it back which is a 45 minute trip for me. Then says I can bring all the food back tomorrow for a refund! Very rude!!!

Same experience as a few other people on here.. was gonna order through doordash but prices were more.. so got it direct from here.. was suppose to get it at 1:08… 30 mins later I called and told them to cancel it and they hung up in my face. Pizza still arrived almost a hour later cold and tasteless.. tf?

9:50 pm ordered 2 large pizzas for a few kids for my sons baseball team at our hotel. Received my delivery text confirmation. 10:50 called for the pizza as kids were extremely hungry. Person on the phone said my order was for pick up. I said no it’s not and my receipt and tracking text said differently. They sent me to a manager who told me your order went out 5 minutes ago by door dash. Of course it did not. Pizza never came.
