We placed an order through the app. Waited almost 20 minutes for our food for our order to be wrong. I felt bad for the car hop who was very nice. Our receipt clearly showed what we ordered but whoever was preparing the food clearly didn’t read it. My foot long hot dog was on a 6 inch bun but we were charged the full price. My son’s plain hot dog was loaded with things that you usually have to request to be added. We stopped there thinking it would be quick because we had a certain time window before we needed to be somewhere in another town by a specific time.

Never cared much for Sonic. Their ice cream seems synthetic to me and I never liked Texas toast as a bun choice. My wife gets breakfast here and likes it with McDonald’s coffee. I don’t go here for food or drinks.

Worst sonic ever. Forgot my order. It was a drink and mozzarella sticks. Screen said Karen was bring it out. Nope. I waited over ten minutes and asked if it was on the way. Told “it is”. Three minutes later it was out. They clearly lost the order. Carlos was apologetic.

Stopped for lunch well it took all my lunch just to gety order I ordered it and sat there and the read out on the screen said the order was on its way but it took another 15 to20 min to come and all I ordered was chicken strips and a route 44 cherry limeade and it cost me $9 bucks and some change I was going to tip but after that long I just put it back in my pocket the chicken strips was so small and cooked way to long just overall a bad experience don’t get me wrong I like Sonic food usually but the way and the food was just ridiculous for such a small order

The guy at the window was a little frustrated, and got a little rude, I was waiting on my food and every minute or so he would come back with someone else’s food. Seemed he didn’t want to be here or something but really just not a great experience. I won’t be back but that’s because I’m from out of town more than anything.
