Holy cow! I had such a great experience at this Dunkin today. I stop here on my way to work sometimes but today I was helped by Randi and she was absolutely amazing. She was adorable and helpful and had such a bubbly personality, it made coming to work on a Saturday a little better. It’s so hard to find people that genuinely enjoy their job in customer service and she was wonderful, really a true gem.

Wonderful location with great people! Ordered the cookie butter cold brew for mobile pickup, the woman handling my order had even waited to put the cold foam with the cookie crumbles on top on the coffee until I was there to pick it up so that everything was fresh and wouldn’t dissolve in the coffee during my drive over. Thank you for a great start to my morning.

Really disappointed with my donuts! The staff I interacted with were great, but my 4 donuts were placed in a bag sideways and upside down so all the icing was gone! Definitely don’t plan on driving to this one again, I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes and go to a different location.

I just went through drive through for a simple half dozen of donuts and was charged 10.04 instead of the simple 6.99 the rest of the Dunkin’ Donuts establishment has going instead I’m told because they are independently contracted this is the price VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WILL NOT RETURN EVER
