Having some technical difficulties with the cash register and the manager pulled out his wallet to give us the change because the machine wouldnt open to give us the change! Obviously we gave him back his money and waited patiently for the machine to open. Just the fact he was going to give us his own money shows the dedication. Will be coming back for the warm sandwich and gentle staff.

Place is super clean. The service is awesome and punctual. Not to mention the food is just straight on point! Great proportions and great ratios! Dining-in is a pleasant experience and food is usually ready two or three minutes right before your pickup order if you order by app or online. These guys are always doing a great job! Love it and I will be definitely coming back!

Just look at that perfect veggie to meat/cheese ratio. Look at it!!! These amazing men & ladies know what they’re doing! I’m very picky about my sandwiches. These people know how to knock it out of the ballpark. They were busy and still took the time to make every sandwich beautiful. Yes… I checked out the other customer’s sandwiches. No shame.

The Firehouse Steak and Cheese was good. I had not tried this Sub but I guess it was not all I expected. It’s not that the sub wasn’t good because it was. Added extra toppings like mushrooms and peppers. For a medium sized sub its not a bad portion. The prices are fair but a little high. Paired it with a large drink and chips. Good service just a bit of a waiting time.

Extremely disrespected by the very young manager. I didn’t receive the brownie I paid for! This Manager tells me that he nor his staff should have to direct their customers to get their desserts because they are out on a display shelf which I did not see, by the way. What kind of customer service is that!!! No apology whatsoever, but then he tells me, you can come to the store the next day when it opens and either get a brownie or get my money refunded sarcastically. Plus, he barely allowed me to get a word in. I literally had to say wait just a minute, in order to speak!

I’m giving them 5 stars not because of the sub more on the staff and cleanliness of the the restaurant they was closing in about 15 minutes and it was a rush of people and online orders and they handled it smoothly as far as the sub it was good they accommodated my odd request I am not a fan of the steamed bread concept but the overall taste was to my liking
