Portion sizes seem to be getting smaller. The last two beefy burritos barely had any meat in them. Also not sure why but the last Gordita crunch and chalupa I got were not really toasted on the outside.

Amazing staff! Went on my lunch break which is of course chaotic and busy. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous despite being completely swamped. I have not been to a dining establishment let alone fast food with such great customer service since before covid. Greet job team!!!

Time to fix the ice machine. 3 times in a row now that it was said our drinks didn’t have ice because the ice machine was down. If the ice machine is that bad… time to buy ice and throw it in the freezer.

Went around 5pm, very lazy workers. One just standing there on his phone and the other was slow yet they rushed our food. The black bean crunch wrap was thin, the cheesy roll up was partly cold and the Cinnamon twist were only half full. The worst taco bell experience we’ve ever had.
