It was hot and fresh, so I’ll give them that. But, spent $17 for a regular drink and a “gorilla” quesadilla which was a large tortilla with 90% cheese, 5% veggies, and maybe 5% meat. Barely anything in this thing other than cheese and flour tortilla. Disappointing.

Great experience dining in. It’s nice and quick if you’re on the go or don’t want to dine in. The sauces on the side were great but the beans were okay. The guacamole sauce offered as a side is a must because it complements the quesadillas so we’ll.

This is the best Mexican food we’ve had east of Texas. The portions are big, the staff is great, abs there’s indoor seating. They even had Hatch chile, which makes this NM boy happy. Definitely give this place a try. You won’t regret it.

I give it 5 stars for freshness when it came to the ingredients but unfortunately everything else lowered it to a 3 star ; I got the lone star quesadilla and the gorilla fries; food is over priced, pretty basic and has no flavor. I would recommend if you can’t taste at the moment or if you just like bland food but I can really make this at home if I want to be ms.chef it up queen ….Customer service could use improvement but that just may be how some people are in this area and I understand that

Yesterday I tried Dillas for the first. I ordered the Plain-o ground beef and it was pretty. I also ordered Lonestar (regular)and it was AMAZING. SO I go back today and order Lonestar (gorilla). I was SO DISAPPOINTED, IT WASNT the same at all! There was more brisket on the regular than the gorilla. Also I thought the brisket had a Smokey flavor the first day. Second day it tasted more like it was boiled!
