Customer service is horrible. Multiple times I have called an order in to walk in 15 minutes later and be ignored when my sandwich was sitting right there on the microwave that 3 different people looked at. Would be a 1 star but the food is still good. I’ll be going elsewhere and you can take from this review what you want.

Five stars does not mean that it is a palace, or 5* food, but for what it is, it rates highly. It is good fast food at a reasonable price. There is nothing to complain about. It is part of the neighborhood, it is clean, tidy and organized. If you want this type of food, go here. You won’t be disappointed, unless you want a palace!!

We had Franks BBQ cater our daughters backyard BBQ and they were amazing!!!! The food was awesome, my family is still talking about the pulled pork and rice and beans!! Everything we ordered was excellent. We will use them again and again!!

Frank’s Deli is great! I have been using Frank’s for several years to cater my annual Family Gathering. My favorite hero is their chicken cutlet, with mozzarella and red peppers. Everything they make is delicious!!!

We had Franks Deli cater our backyard BBQ engagement party back in 2019 and they were nothing but professional and amazing! The food was perfect with a wide selection. 3 years later and we still get compliments on how amazing the food was. We hope to use them again in the future!
