I always get YAK, I will order ahead . Why because the area is not SAFE but also I’m coming far from the county! I just wanna pay and GO! You can definitely do CASH APP OR CASH IN HAND. Phone lines stay busy you just gotta keep callin until it goes through and Mike Smart A$$ will answer (so have that order ready )lol but anyways get the chicken wings , shrimp fried rice with soy sauce and gravy ! Penitentiary Yak, fried rice and their chicken wings is my favorite, oh and their dollar Yak W/boiled egg. I drive almost an hour to get there. This is the only Chinese Spot in Baltimore that has never changed since I was a little girl (over 40 years ago) so if you’re looking for that back in the day Chinese Food! “Well Mikes is the place to go”. Anything on the menu you will not be disappointed because everything is good!

It’s a neighborhood carryout. I didn’t feel comfortable there. I was picking up food for someone else. I asked how was the food he says OK. If you are in the neighborhood and want to try it.
