Food is generally good and have never had any problems with employees. Only got a three though because 8 times out of 10 they are out of what I originally want to order. This has been going on for sometime now no matter how many times I report this to corporate. Just an FYI I also give good reports when warranted.

Unsure how this ever happened but the lady at the second window asked me to pull forward to wait for my food because it was not ready. I happened to look in my rearview mirror to find another employee hand my meal to the person in the car behind me. The lady in the car was being handed all my food and noticed it was not hers. She handed it back right away. Because I was curious to see what they were going to do with my food I didn’t say anything to the employee as she walk the same bags of food that was just handed to the wrong customer and handed them to me. Rule #1 if food is handed to the wrong customer it is not be taken back across counter. When did this rule change? Rule # 2 don’t re-give a customer food that has already been handled during a pandemic. Side note our food is always slopped together and is never taken time to prepare it nicely. One star earned

Awful, my daughter’s chicken nuggets looked like someone took a bite out of it. Even if it wasn’t bitten why would you put one in that looked like it. And it definitely looked like it had teeth marks in it. Recycling nuggets these days? This place has gone downhill hard as I use to eat here a lot. I will not be back.

Absolutely disgusting !!! The employees looked like they haven’t bathed in a month. I waited for 20 minutes on a to go order. The whole time the chili was uncovered the ice machine was left open. The person handling the money was also handling food. The store was dirty. I was so grossed out I thru the food away.
