This is the second time a delivery order has taken well over an hour. Understandable at most places but not when the company’s motto and whole image is how fast they are and not when they charge over $4 for a delivery fee on top of the driver tip. Also no text notification when on the way.

I’ve tried contacting this business for months and they continue to ignore those of us who live above them. Currently they are blasting music into apartments above multiple hours before opening. You do this as early as 2am. UTPD has spoken to a worker over this also. The issue has not been solved. The apartment complex has tried multiple times to alert you about your noise to no avail. Please stop playing music through your speakers before you open. It has been happening before 7 every day this week including the weekend. I have waited 5 months, didn’t want to have to leave a review to get notice from ownership. I’m very tired and wish to sleep again.

Worst place to eat in the city. Sent sandwiches that were disgusting and then claimed I didn’t know what a sandwich is supposed to look like. Offered a refund but upon calling them back they had decided without telling me anything, I should have to call corporate in order to get money back. Will never order from any jimmy johns again. And Layla the manager needs fired. She literally admitted she made the disgusting slop on a bun we received.

My friend and I are driving back home to (Ontario Canada) from Knoxville. We LOVE JJ subs and get them every time we’re in the great USA. It was 9:45pm and were exactly 15 minites away when we called. Miranda and Meriha (sorry if I spelled that wrong) were more than willing to stay open to feed these hungry travelers. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE LADIES. We’ll be back from Canada again in 6 months and we’ll be here. Thanks again so much ladies. Much love from Canada.

I did not go this place. I went to Domino’s next to this place Domino’s had okay Pizza. I did not like the parking lot and had a puddle about 3 inches deep and about the parking space in front and back or where you can park at Domino’s at the University of Toledo was full of water. I do believe that this is a second time that I’ve been to this location and this has happened. The manager said that is the university’s problem University should fix this no one wants to go anywhere with wet feet and pants. Let me make myself clear nothing on Domino’s Pizza it’s the university’s parking lot. And let me add I almost feel trying to get back into the car to avoid getting my feet soaking wet.

This location is usually pretty fast and accurate when you are ordering in person. However, I have ordered online multiple times and they can never quite seem to get that order right. I’m not usually one to complain especially having worked fast food myself, but I just had to scrape the mayo off of the sandwhich that I specifically ordered because the recipe has no mayo on it and that was just the straw that broke the camel’s back.

I’ve never eaten at Jimmy John’s before today. Going in the music was so loud I had to repeat myself 3 times. Every other fast food place you order a # means it’s a meal. Apparently at Jimmy John’s it’s just expensive subs with no drink and not even a mention that it doesn’t come with a drink. The food was okay but the service was horrible. A bunch of college kids that make you feel like you’re an inconvenience for coming in to their job and interrupting play time in the back. I would rather go to Subway across the street and get my sub with a drink for half the price and a choice of bread. Let’s not forget that they’re so worried about being “freaky fast” that they don’t watch for pedestrians or other cars while out make deliveries. Maybe they should focus on training better people than about how fast they can be.
