The mac-n-cheese was perhaps the best I’ve ever had. The pinto beans were definitely the best I’ve ever had, even better than Rudy’s. The chicken is seasoned almost as well as Rudy’s chicken but isn’t nearly as moist or tender. The barbecue sauce is not Texas style barbecue sauce. I suppose others like it or they wouldn’t serve it. Prices are high, but not inconsistent with other barbecue prices. 1/2 chicken $10.00. Medium side of beans 3.99. Medium side of mac-n-cheese 4.99.

Excellent food truck for a great BBQ lunch. Ordered the brisket tacos and the pork tacos, both were delicious. Also, great selection of cold drinks available. Food service was quick, the guy running it was super chill and friendly. Plenty of picnic tables in the shade and space to sit and eat with old school jams playing on the speakers, real chill vibes. Highly recommended.

The customer service is great, the man who took our order was very friendly. I had their chopped beef sandwich and mac n’ cheese. The brisket was delicious! Tender, smokey, and just the right amount of moist. The mac was also so good. Cheesy and lots of pepper which I love! I will be coming back next time I drive through!

Smokin’ Brew-B-Q sauce has a distinct flavor that is so savoring that is to kill for; I an still salivating the day after just thinking about their sauce. My brisket dish also came with delish pink pickled onions.To top it off, the staff was the most friendly people I’ve ever encountered. A highly recommended business.
